LEASE AGREEMENT
Elyonbeatstore.com & davekoanting compositions may only be used as the terms and conditions describe.
By making the payment of a license to Elyonbeatstore.com & davekoanting you the buyer automatically accept the terms & agreements.
1) Compositions made by davekoanting, sold at Elyonbeatstore.com or at the davekoanting.com homepage belong to DaveKoanting and stay property of DaveKoanting, and are only licensed by you the buyer.
2) The MP3 Lease comes with a MP3 File of the bought beat. After the payment is made to Elyonbeatstore.com and DaveKoanting a download link will instantly be send to your mailbox. This license allows you the buyer a one time commercial usage (Radio Broadcast, or TV). When the song is recorded it may be sold 3,000 times before the sales cap is reached. If the sales cap is reached over 3,000 times then you to pay royalties to DaveKoanting of 15%.
Attention: When the sales cap is reached you need to buy a PREMIUM License to the song, or the exclusive rights.
3) The right to use this composition by Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting is bound to the person that made the payment and agrees to the terms & agreements. This license cannot be transacted or used by someone else (Except for featuring artists). This license gives the buyer permission to use this Beat if credit is giving in the right way. The buyer should give the producer credit in the following way. Artist – Trackname (Prod. ByDaveKoanting).
Music used for demos or album-tracks that don’t give credit in the right way is not allowed under this license. All our tracks have a worldwide protection by the ASCAP, and BUMA/STEMRA. When you don’t give credit it can bring you lots of trouble.
4) You the buyer understand that this license gives you the right to use this composition, but you do not own the composition.
5) This license forbids the reselling of Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting compositions or other not allowed distribution of the musical compositions.
6) This document is an agreement between you the buyer, and DaveKoanting and Elyonbeatstore.com. When someone else buys the Exclusive rights, your rights remain till you’ve reached this licenses sales cap.
7) Lease rights can be sold to more than one person. When you have licensed a composition and the exclusive license gets sold you can still use it till you’ve reached the amount of 3,000 sales.
8) You the buyer understand this license and agree to all the terms spoken of. You respect the terms and will use everything properly in the described way.
Unauthorised use or duplication of the compositions is in violation with the terms of agreements in America, Netherlands or any other country. Every way of ignoring and breaking the rules can, and will end in a lawsuit.
PREMIUM LEASE AGREEMENT

1) Compositions made byD aveKoanting sold at Elyonbeatstore.com or at the homepage DaveKoanting belong to DaveKoanting, and stay property of DaveKoanting, and are only licensed by you the buyer.
2) The PREMIUM Lease comes with a 24Bit/48KHz WAVE File of the bought beat, and the 24 Bit 48KHz Track Outs of the beat . After the payment is made to Elyonbeatstore.com and davekoanting a download link will instantly be send to your mailbox. This license allows you the buyer 5 times commercial usage (Radio Broadcast, or TV). When the song is recorded it may be sold 8,000 times before the sales cap is reached .
Attention: When the sales cap is reached you need to buy a new PREMIUM License to the song, or the exclusive rights.

EXCLUSIEF RIGHTS
Elyonbeatstore.com & davekoanting device tracks may only be used according to the following terms and conditions.
Upon payment of a license to Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting direction you are automatically bound by the
terms and conditions of this contract.
All beats are purchased non exclusive unless otherwise stated.
The following conditions apply.
1) The compositions made by Davekoanting Elyonbeatstore.com or on the website davekoanting.com remain the property of
Davekoanting and are only bound to you by a user license.
2) Exclusive rights you get a 24BIT WAVE.File, and the Track-Outs / Tracks of the desired beat, after the payment is
cleared by Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting device.
The beat will be delivered via a download link will be sent to your e-mail address. The license you purchased allows you
that you can use it for unlimited commercial
purposes (eg. A broadcast or radio show, studio recording) When the number he may set sold on a certain amount of price
with no limit on the beat be.
Exclusive rights give the buyer the exclusive right on the beat, for all purposes, only one person can have these rights.
When one complete payment
will be marked as sold this number provided and it can not be leased or premium leased. Persons who retain the beat previously
leased their rights until they reach the limits.
3) The right to use this production Elyonbeatstore.com & Davekoanting device is connected to the person making the payment and
agree to this contract, and can not be transferred to another person. This license gives the buyer permission to use the beat
as long as credit is given to Davekoanting. On this beat the buyer is not liable to pay any royalties.
Credit must be given in the following way: Artist – Track Name (Prod By Davekoanting.).
Music used for demos or albums where no credit is given to Davekoanting is not permitted under this license.
All of our tracks are globally protected by copyright and are supervised by ASCAP and Buma / Stemra. If you do not meet the
requirements, and does not give credit, this can lead to serious consequences
4) You understand that this license provides users but that you are not the copyright owner of the song.
5) This license can forbid resale of Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting documents or other types of unauthorized distribution of
musical compositions in its present form or in any form (Re-edit, Bootleg etc.)
6) This document is an agreement between you and Elyonbeatstore.com & DaveKoanting. When someone else buys the exclusive rights
of this piece of music, stand your rights attest to your limits.
7) Lease rights can be sold to multiple people. When you have a license to a piece of music this also applies until it is sold
exclusive and you have reached your limits.
8) You understand the above and agree to the above terms and will take these into account in the manner described in this contract.
Unauthorized use or duplication of the tracks is in breach of the conditions in the America, Netherlands and in other countries.
Any way of ignoring and breaking rules can and will result in a lawsuit.
